Cozy Up for A Winter Story: Children’s Evening Story Hour at Ventfort Hall
*RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED TO 40 TOTAL ATTENDEES. Please indicate the total number of your party (children and guardians) in your reservation. *All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian for the entirety of the evening.
Ventfort Hall is thrilled to host a Children’s Evening Story Hour on December 16th. This enchanting evening will bring families together for a cozy celebration of classic winter stories, hot cocoa, and a memorable reading experience.
The event will feature cherished books, including The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats, The Mitten by Jan Brett, The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg, and The Tomten by Astrid Lindgren. These stories, perfect for sparking imagination during the winter season, will be read by local community actors.
Event flow
Get Cozy: Arrive in your favorite pajamas and bring blankets to snuggle up with in the mansion library.
Cocoa, Cookies, and Coloring: Enjoy complimentary cocoa, winter coloring pages, and cookies (allergy-friendly options are welcome if brought from home).
Storytime Begins:
1. Read two captivating stories.
2. Take a hot cocoa break.
3. Settle back in for two more delightful tales.
The evening promises warmth, wonder, and shared moments to kick off the season with literary joy.
